Biography

Jason is a trial lawyer with a decade of experience. Jason applies his trial skills, experience, and wide-reaching legal connections to his survivor-centered practice. His clients are mostly survivors of sexual assault and abuse, civil rights violations, and personal injury. Jason began his career as a felony prosecutor using the courtroom to combat drug trafficking and property crimes. As his career progressed, so did the intensity of the crimes he prosecuted. By the end of his time working for the State of New Mexico, he prosecuted homicides, sex crimes, domestic violence, and crimes against children as a member of the Special Victims Unit, and human trafficking and Internet crimes against children as a Special Prosecutor with the New Mexico Attorney General's Office. He reaches favorable outcomes in a wide range of settings, from arbitration and disputes before various state regulatory boards to civil litigation before District Court judges. When possible, he achieves optimal outcomes for his clients using tools other than the courtroom. When necessary, however, Jason proves he is no stranger to presenting his client's compelling story before a judge and jury. Jason offers each client his trust, his honesty, and his dedication. He will assess your options and explain them candidly so that you can make the best decision possible.
